Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the label attached.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
